1. Controller

The controller for data processing on this website is ByteScaffold, Faisalabad, Pakistan.

You can reach us by email at bytescaffold@gmail.com or by phone at +92 307 3670303.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated with the hosting provider Netlify. When you open pages, data such as your IP address, the date and time of access, the page requested, and information about your browser may be processed for technical reasons.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the website. The provider is based in the USA, so a transfer to a third country is possible.

3. Contact form and email

When you write to us through the contact form or by email, we process the details you give us: name, email address, company if provided, the service you are interested in, and your message.

We use this data to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry is aimed at a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We store the data for as long as it is needed to handle your enquiry and unless statutory retention duties require otherwise.

When you submit the form, your message is processed through the servers of our hosting provider and may appear in technical logs there.

4. No cookies, no tracking

We do not use cookies or any analytics, marketing, or tracking services. Fonts and scripts are delivered from our own domain, not from third parties.

5. Local storage in your browser

If you switch between the light and dark colour scheme, your browser stores that choice locally on your device. The information is not sent to us.

6. Processing in Pakistan

We are based in Pakistan, so data you send us is processed there. The European Commission has not issued an adequacy decision for Pakistan.

The transfer takes place where it is necessary for pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the following rights:

  • Access to the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
  • Rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16)
  • Erasure (Art. 17)
  • Restriction of processing (Art. 18)
  • Data portability (Art. 20)
  • Objection to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21)
  • Complaint to a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77)
